Summary

Poems about Wonderland, written by me.

Notes

A poem a wrote a while back about Wonderland. It was going to be the intro to a book, but then I never wrote the book!

It's supposed to be a letter, from the White Rabbit, calling a grown-up Alice back to Wonderland.

Edit: as of June 3, 2026, this is my second-ever fic to have a Podfic made of it 🤩🤩🤩

Chapter 2: When One Talks In Riddles

When one talks in riddles

And dances in code

It is easy to guess

Their humble abode

When rabbits have kid gloves

And dodos can race

It easy to know

The exact place

When queens play croquet

With feather and spike

It is easy to guess

Try, if you like

With maddest of hatters

And gossiping flowers

And singing dormouses

And small cakes with powers

Where time has a face

And gryphons argue with girls

Where babes can be pigs

And the world twists and then twirls

Where mirrors are doors

By another name

Those that venture there

Are never the same

Where truly we are all

The dream of a man

Nonsense and non-sense

It's Wonderland!

These are wonder-licious!

Ever notice wonderland, Oz, and Peter Pan are basically the same thing?

Ikr?! Girl gets lost in upsidedown land, becomes more-or-less its queen — all three of them.

Glad you're enjoying 😊
