Kookaburra, The Blue Robin, is a tech genius and the leader of the current Robins (under Batman).
He is a hacker who fights using a variety of gadgets, including but not limited to a glider, smoke bombs, pulse gun (non-lethal), and holograms.
He will use high-pitched sonic devices to confuse his enemies, mimicking a kookaburra's laughter. He is cautious in battle, choosing to use distraction, trickery, and long-ranged attacks. He will try to get as much information as possible before going into a situation. He loves high up places, and will often patrol the tallest buildings in Gotham.
His friendship with Harley Quinn has led to him becoming something of a supercriminal/antihero. He only ever steals from bad guys (well, he steals information from just about anyone). His hacking abilities and intimate knowledge of the various Rogue/Bat weapons makes him a formidable foe, whether he's using them against criminals, corrupt cops, corrupt companies, or a government.
